Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.

Every flag ordered on our store is custom-printed, cut, and sewn just for you.

Standard Processing Time: 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods (e.g., Independence Day, Black Friday, Christmas), production may take an additional 1 - 2 business days.

Once production is complete, your order is safely packaged and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx).

We offer the following shipping options for the United States:

As soon as your flag is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

12-Hour Window: Because our automated POD system sends orders directly to production, you can only request cancellations or address modifications within 12 hours of placing your order.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

If your flag arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please take a clear photo of the item and its packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed as missing/stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office.
